we love traveling. and apparently back-to-back trips!
we got home from the kerama islands, slept a few hours and then woke up at 1:30AM (eeek) sleepily making our way to the port on the pacific side of the island. we went with 7 marines and our awesome japanese fisherman, captain Igushi, sailing far out by moonlight.

{the sunrise was just spectacular being surrounded by nothing but ocean... and this guy}
we caught yummy tunas which were almost all yellow fin
Captain Igushi sliced one up on deck for us all for lunch with soy sauce and wasabi. it was fantastic! love knowing our sashimi was as fresh as it possibly could be.
{four straight days in the hot sun on boats + dramamine}
{most of these fishies are husband caught.. our freezer barely closes we have so much tuna!}
captain igushi, thanks for a great (and loong 20hour!) day,
and thanks guys for letting this wifey come along.

we went home and immediately went into a 12 hour comatose sleep :)

You're my idol! You go fishing, how cute! I gotta join the husband in some of those sea adventures! Sounds fun :)
