The first Sakura {cherry blossom} festival of the year happened here this weekend. Absolutely beautiful. They're the first ones to bloom in all of Japan and the US. We went to the festival every year when we were living in DC, so it's even more special now to see the originals while actually experiencing the relationship between our two countries.
Hope you all had a great weekend! xo

The cherry blossoms are gorgeous! It's funny that they bloom this time of year. My bff living in Oki says its pretty darn chilly!
ReplyDeleteWe went to the festival as well, and it was great. I can't wait to go to more as the season progresses and watch the flowers bloom even more.
ReplyDeleteWasn't the sunset something else on Saturday? WOW.
You are surrounded by such beautiful things...the water is so so incredibly beautiful girl!
