Good Morning, Saturday

Saturday, January 7, 2012

We have a number of really special marital traditions.
One of our favorites being Saturday morning chocolate chip waffles.
It's a perfect tradition if you ask me!
{thank you Linde Lou for the the yummy mix!}
my secret ingredient? almond extract. makes us crave these all week.
Chocolate.
Lots of it.
WHAT ever would a waffle be without it?
{talking over google voice to the Waynes in Santa Barbara!}
happy {rainy} Saturday!

  3. What a wonderful tradition! Saturdays are crazy days but when I have a Saturday off Mr. Branflake makes me pancakes, bacon, and eggs. It's his specialty. But secretly? Nothing makes my belly happier in the morning than belgian waffles. Those are my favorite! Yum!
