Every now and then on this island I look at Cam and ask, "where are we? Asia or Europe??"
That is of course until you notice locals everywhere and hear the familiar Japanese phrases all around you, "Sagoy! Arigato!"

Today though felt like Tuscany while at the Sunflower Festival {simultaneous with the Cherry Blossoms - what a beautiful week of fiori!} And then there's one of our favorite cafes that always makes me think of the Greek Islands:
Maybe it's just me? but something about the white stucco walls overlooking the ocean
with the Mama Mia! soundtrack playing screams Mykonos to me.
Love this place. It's one of the many cafes we'll take family or friends willing to fly
the some 24 hours to visit.. (:
Mango juice, I.can't.get.enough.of.you.
PS
Our families are celebrating a lot of birthdays lately.. it was just our precious niece Piper's 5th and today is my brother Matt's.
If you're reading this Matty, we love you and think you are one of the greatest {and most hilarious!} human beings alive. xox
