Fresh, Healthy & Delicious: My Summer Salad

Thursday, May 17, 2012

I'm back to making this salad on the nightly.
Oh, it is so delicious.
I'm starting a new summer series on the blog as of today, simply called: Fresh, Healthy & Delicious.
It's going to be some of my most favorite salads & fresh, simple meals I make us all summer long.
Happy Thursday!

goat cheese is my new favey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also I have to send you some of this fabulous olive oil and balsamic vinegar from a new story here in Eastern Market. It's a tasting room so you can taste each oil/vinegar to see what you like. Our new fave is Basil olive oil combined with Peach balsamic vinegar that combines for an AMAZING salad dressing. One of these days - I will buy it and ship to you!!
