Dinner on the Beach

{Mmm. Homemade olive & rosemary focaccia breads with spinach salad, prosciutto and wine. Will post the recipe this week!}
Three things I’m thankful for from this weekend:
Spending time together via a picnic dinner on the beach at sunset. Grabbing a simple meal and getting outside wherever you are to enjoy natural beauty is {in my mind atleast!} one of the best ways to savor the last of summer.  So wonderful. And romantic to boot.
Laughing so hard I had tears rolling out of my eyes. Cam cracks me up. And thankfully laughs hard with me when I crack myself up over my own stupid jokes.
I think I’ll keep him!
Scuba diving on Sunday with good friends here. Cam laughs at me whenever I tell him I actually feel like a mermaid… But I do.  It’s also impossible not to be in total awe of God’s creation under the sea. It’s absolutely breathtaking. Swimming alongside schools of turquoise fish gets me every single time.
Hope you all had a beautiful and restful weekend too.

    If I wasn't so gosh darn scared of scuba diving then I would definitely feel like a mermaid myself!

    What a wonderful evening, and love your thankful things too ๐Ÿ™‚ I've been MIA the past week since we've been on vacation, and had such a nice catch-up here today. – Your molasses cookies and sorbet sound great.
