She came during peony season (my favorite) so how could I resist?!
We were surprised with our darling girl a month before her due date and two weeks before her scheduled c-section, on May 20, 2015 at 1:09pm, weighing just under 6 lbs and 19 inches long. She’s named for her Grandma (my Mama!) but we’re calling her by her middle name, Grace, so that she can be her own little woman. I’m in the process of writing out her birth story — I can’t wait to share it, it is such an amazing story it makes me cry. Cam and I can’t thank you all enough for your faithful prayers and for sharing in our excitement and joy that she is here and is so healthy and beautiful!! She is truly one of God’s most sweetest gifts.
