Grace's Nursery Tour!

Monday, November 14, 2016

Finally! I'm sharing our darling girl's nursery, and just in time to share her already updated toddler room next! It was so much fun dreaming up her nursery while pregnant with her and then putting it all together once we moved to Zagreb. Like her brother's room, she also has attic ceilings that add character and I love that it's full of natural light and small-- it's the perfect size for her. I wanted to keep her nursery simple and sweet and do more later once her personality really starting showing.

Gracie was born a month early, in Spring, and in the height of peony season. I adore flowers as you know, and thankfully as it turns out, she really does too! I wanted her room to be a spring flower garden theme with soft colors and lots of bunnies (her favorite). It was all inspired by a hymn that I fell in love with while pregnant -- the words are beautifully written out in calligraphy above her dresser thanks to Jessica at Reveleigh & Co :

"He shall come down like showers
upon the fruitful earth,
and joy and grace like flowers
spring in His path to birth,
before Him on the mountains,
shall peace, the herald go,
and righteousness in fountains
from hill to valley flow."
