Covered in Peonies: Arrowtown, New Zealand

Peonies. They were everywhere in our wedding, made up my bridal bouquet with a few gardenias too, and what I go crazy for during Spring & Summer when they're in bloom out here. Arrowtown is absolutely beautiful -- it has one main road that's lined with bakeries and charming restaurants, white picket fences, small church steeples on seemingly every corner, brick & stone cottages, and peonies. Okinawa Tomato, Avocado, Gorgonzola Salad

I just wanted to soak it all up, and breath in every moment of this beautiful time on Okinawa that seems to be going too fast. When ... continue reading...

Antipasti Christmas Formaggio Frutta Life Winter

Happy New Year! Sparkling Berry Baked Brie

Warm, gooey baked brie covered in honey and berries that shimmer. How I love this appetizer. It's quick to make too, and goes perfectly with prosecco or your favorite bubbly. I have another New Years post coming, but wanted to get this one up in case anyone is looking for an easy appetizer for New Years Eve. I hope you have a wonderful night, full of thanksgiving for this past year! I am thankful for all of you, for reading and encouraging me, and for many of you who already are or who have ... continue reading...
