favorite room hands down.

We have awesome farmer markets here so I used all locally grown ingredients {minus the italian & frenchy cheese} You can either roast or saute the garlic and fresh veggies in olive oil & sea salt. I sauteed them to soak up more of the flavor from the olive oil. Add that to the al dente pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, green onions, brie & shaved parmigano-reggiano.
