Girls Christmas Lunch & Cookie Exchange

The best kind of party prep! At the Carmel Farmer's Market on Thursdays you can buy local David Austin Juliet roses year-round for around $7 for two dozen. Amazing!! The week I was there they had a deal so I ended up with an armful of roses, literally, (photo here!) for twenty dollars. The gold silverware was one of those lucky finds at a church thrift shop, the branches from our Christmas tree, rosemary from our front yard and clementines from the farmer's market.
