Farmhouse Progress: The Girls’ Room Wood Floors Are In!

I promised I would share progress photos as we go, so here is sweet baby Georgia modeling for you all! Thanks to my amazing Cam, the girls’ room floors are all in. He did a beautiful job, and worked quickly considering he was also simultaneously building farm fencing ! Now I’m up — it’s time to sand and then white wash. Yes, we decided on white washing their floors and hopefully with enough coats of sealer, we won’t regret that decision;) We can’t wait to see how it turns out and to get our little girls in their room soon.

A reminder of where this room started…

And where we are now:

Beautiful. I’m debating over light grays right now for our entire house. Would you mind sharing the one you used here? It’s a beautiful shade!

Thanks! It’s “Stone Eagle” from Sherwin Williams. It’s beautiful when there’s a lot of light coming in and gets more of a blue shade when not, but we are loving it!
