Happy first day of 2018!!!
The Lord gave us this chunk early on in 2017 and we are all so grateful for the gift of her! We asked the kids what they are most thankful for this past year and they began shouting out family members and friends along with “food, bath time!!, our home!!, palačinke! and chocolate.” We were cracking up but how perfect is that? They said the things that God faithfully gives day in and day out, our daily bread. They are the things we probably most often overlook but wouldn’t trade for anything.
Thank you so much for continuing to stick it out with us through my blog — I have loved meeting and connecting with each of you who have reached out over the years and I’m thankful to know you! May God bless you all so richly this year!
PS: In keeping with tradition, my little man helped me with each step of our family’s favorite Christmas cookies and as he is known to do, ate more than he actually decorated.
