For the past few years I’ve been using coconut oil as a face & body moisturizer and occasionally in my hair, too. Since then, I’ve been looking for a natural skincare without any chemicals or additives, that moisturized well without leaving my skin greasy (Cam loves my coconut oil greasy face at night… I joke) and the hardest part — one that is actually affordable — and I  finally have!

I’m in love with everything I’ve tried from Luxe de Mer, a completely organic skincare line produced in my hometown Santa Barbara.  I’m not being paid to post any of this, though I did receive this skincare as a lovely gift. It’s simply that when I find something good (thanks to my friend Meems) I want to share it with you!

My favorite Luxe de Mer products:

Organic Rosewater Toner: I’d never tried toner before and had no idea how lovely it is. I put a bit on a cotton ball and rub it all over my face and neck in the morning and again at night after getting out of the shower, just before using the Moisturizing Face Dry Oil. The rosewater smells divine and the combination leaves my face feeling refreshed and luxurious. I wake up in the morning and my skin still feels soft and supple.

Dry Body Oil {Jasmine}: This smells like heaven! Cam says I smell like roses every night when I get in bed. My pillow now does, too. It has just enough beautiful & gentle scent from pure jasmine essential oil without any perfumes or dyes and doesn’t leave my skin greasy.

Moisturizing Face Dry Oil: It’s pure organic argan oil, also known as gold for your face. It moisturizes well without feeling greasy like coconut oil. I also run a little through my hair after getting out of the shower.

Gentle Face Cleanser: There’s rosewater in this, too, and it’s so refreshing in the morning!

It’s all such a treat. I’m thrilled to have finally found a good morning and evening skincare routine… only took me until I turned 30!

    It's probably a bit too early to tell, but how long would you say will these bottles last you for? The price is indeed a fair one (at least compared to a lot of other organic brands), but I'm just wondering how often you'll have to invest a year? Loved this post, by the way!!

      Hi friend! Actually a few of these are sample bottles so they're much bigger if you order them through the site. Even still I would guess they would last for a few months? You don't need more than a dab in the morning and night of each, except for the jasmine body oil. THAT I could go through in no time at all it smells so good!!

    I've been hemming and hawing since you posted this, going back and forth between desperately wanting to order *everything* from LDM and being terrified of trying new stuff on my face. I finally took the plunge and just now ordered a travel set to try out. I can't wait! Fingers crossed! and now I totally want to order the jasmine body oil as well… Are you still loving all their products? Have you had any issues with breakouts or anything since starting the new routine? XOXO!
