One Year Ago Today

Two and a half hours of silence today throughout Okinawa commemorated this very time last year when an undersea earthquake triggered the tsunami that struck Japan’s eastern coast
causing mass devastation and the loss of over 19,000 lives… with
thousands still missing and displaced today.

And yet, HOPE persists.
