The Last of New Zealand

I’ve had these photos in a folder on our desktop since we first got back, meaning to post.
Sometimes we open up that folder and marvel at the adventure, beauty and incredible times together. Memories not to be forgotten! I bet a lot of you would say the same — I am so very grateful for photography and having images that we can look back on to remember the amazing travels that we’ve been on together. Traveling is such a gift! Our list of where we hope to go grows and grows… and grows.

PS: I need your opinion! I have an awesome opportunity to be part of a big food series and can’t decide which of these to cook and photograph. What would you most like a new yummy recipe for?
1. Croque Monsieur
2. Chopped Salad
3. The Best Pizza You’ll Ever Have
4. something else?

Thank you!!

As for votes — you had me at Croque Monsieur. Never made one at home and I'm pretty sure an Amanda Marshall recipe would inspire me to get to work on a Mr. Crunch! ๐Ÿ™‚

I hadn't bothered to read the title of this post because I immediately dove into looking at your beautiful pictures. When I got halfway through to the pictures of the pink and purple flowers I immediately thought, "She's in Sweden! Those are the flowers from Sweden!" I was mesmerized by those EXACT same flowers when I visited Sweden this summer. But, after looking at the title, I'm glad to know they grow in New Zealand as well ๐Ÿ™‚

    This post made me smile.
