Good Morning, Saturday

We have a number of really special marital traditions.
One of our favorites being Saturday morning chocolate chip waffles.
It’s a perfect tradition if you ask me!

my secret ingredient? almond extract. makes us crave these all week.
Chocolate.
Lots of it.
WHAT ever would a waffle be without it?

    What a wonderful tradition! Saturdays are crazy days but when I have a Saturday off Mr. Branflake makes me pancakes, bacon, and eggs. It's his specialty. But secretly? Nothing makes my belly happier in the morning than belgian waffles. Those are my favorite! Yum!

    yum! those look delicious! I am just learning how to make pancakes (not like bisquick ones, but made from scratch) and now I'll be adding waffles to my list 🙂
